The History of Prairie Moon Waldorf School
Starting in 2001 Prairie Moon Waldorf school saw the creation of the early childhood program. This program would evolve to become the school we know today. In 2005 what had started as a single class early childhood program was able to move to our current location and begin offering education into elementary and eventually middle school. Moving into the current location allowed Prairie Moon to move from being classified as an "initiative" to a "developing school" for the Associate of Waldorf Schools of North America. Year after year Prairie Moon has continual growth in all programs. Within a decade of being established the school was able to move from one classroom to utilizing every classroom available in our current location.
