Early Childhood Summer Program : Nine Weeks from June 2 to August 1

Join us for a plain ol’ prairie summer with our experienced Early Childhood teachers and their enthusiastic staff for fun in the sun, joyful play and creating! Ages 3-6yrs.

Your child will experience the warmth, joy, and inspiration offered in a Waldorf child care setting, nourishing the child’s inherent connection to nature and enlivening a sense of wonder by unplugging from the fast-paced life.

The gentle rhythm of Waldorf education carries our children throughout their day, ensuring a balance of activities. At Prairie Moon, your child will have a peaceful summer with plenty of rest and time to play in the sun, water, sand, and mud. We’ll make lemonade, climb trees, learn to finger knit, and spark our imagination with summer songs, poems, and stories

8 am Outdoor play 11:30 am Outdoor play and Lunch time

9 am Circle & Activity/Craft 1 pm Pick up

9:30 am Snack 1:15 pm Rest time

10 am Indoor play 2:00 pm Outdoor Water play & Activity

11:15 am Story time 3:30-5:30 pm Pick up

$2,150.00 Full day 5 days/9 weeks 8 am - 5:30 pm (afternoon pick up begins at 3:30pm) Plus $100 Material/Snack Fee.

$1,800.00 Half day 5 days/9 weeks 8 am - 1 pm Plus $75 Material/Snack Fee.

Deposit $150. Material/Snack Fee paid on the first day the child starts.

Forest Adventures: Never alone, join the gnomes caring for furry friends in the woods.

$200.00 Half day 5 days 8 am - 1 pm : June 16-20

Fairy Tea Time : Come have a tea party with the fairies and elves.
