Bookkeeper

Tammy has lived in Lawrence, KS, since she was five years old. A Chesty Lion from LHS and KU graduate, Tammy had a brief move away to Kansas City, and has recently returned. She loves being close to family and appreciates Lawrence’s vibe. Being a little introverted, calculations and finding numerical solutions has kept bookkeeping just the right challenge for Tammy. She was happy to have someone in high school encouraging her talents with numbers and has been accounting ever since. 

Her intrigue with Prairie Moon came when looking for a new job and had a glimpse at what Waldorf curriculum is all about. Since she has joined the PMWS Staff, she loves the joy and laughter she hears in the hallways and looks forward to learning more about the curriculum and what Anthroposophy is all about.

If Tammy is out of the office, you might find her at a beach or traveling to the mountains to go camping.
